Payment terms - transfer 21 days from the date of a correctly issued VAT invoice and delivery to the correspondence address: ZakΕad Zaobiegenia KWP w Katowice 40-068 Katowice ul. Koszarowa 172. Delivery to the Supply Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice 40-068 Katowice ul. KochΕowicka 5 warehouse no. 11 Between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. - delivery costs covered supplier. Please notify us about the delivery date by e-mail or telephone 48 hours in advance3. The contractor is obliged to deliver the assortment by December 15, 2025.4. Warranty minimum 24 months.5. The holsters are to be consistent with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1, at the offer should include information that the assortment is consistent with the description of the subject of the contract6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity to a smaller or larger amount depending on the amount of financial resources it has.7.
