Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 2 cars for the implementation of the tasks of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025 for the needs of the Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery Center in Bystra in the scope of Package No. 1 - a minivan van - 1 piece. The offered subject of the order should be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2025, unused, complete, free from physical defects complete, free from physical and legal defects, and free from third party rights. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the minimum technical parameters of the vehicle are specified in the Order. No. 1 to SWZ Description the subject of the order. The subject of the order should be completed in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract - A. No. 4 to SWZ. The ordering party requires that the offered vehicle be covered by at least 24-month warranty (criterion assessed). The contractor will be obliged to attach a set of required items to the delivered subject of the order Polish document law.
