Krkts description of the subject of the skew: 4.2. The subject of the fall is the purchase and delivery of a factory new 2 pieces of passenger cars to the Ordering House, i.e. ul. Kowa 13, 23-400 Bigoraj. Vehicles need to spend technical requirements specified in regulations in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including the conditions specification of the Core (SWZ) technical conditions specified in the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws 2021.450 of 12.03.2021) and executive ordinances to this Act. The vehicles offered by the Contractor should be efficient and convenience of technical, quality and use requirements specified in this specification of polish conditions, 4.4. Technical parameters for factory new 2 pieces of passenger cars: 4.4.1. Year of production: 2022 or 2023, 4.4.2. Purchase of 2 pcs. Hatchback, SUV or Crossover passenger cars, 4.4.3. Type of fuel gasoline, gasoline + LPG or papid oil, 4.4.4. It is allowed to be front, rear or four KOA, 4.4.5. Engine power min. 105 km /80 kW, 4.4.6.
