Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of 2 power generators. Task I - purchase, delivery and unloading of a power generator with a rated power of min. 35 kW to the building of the Kulesze Kocielne Commune Office, ul. Main 6. Task II - purchase, delivery and unloading of a power generating unit with a rated power of min. 70 kW to the Primary School building in Kulesze Kocielne, ul. Main 2. The order also includes practical training in start-up, operation and basic service activities, as well as the purchase of oil and fuel for the first start-up. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 7 to SWZ.2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.3. The offered subject of the order must be brand new, complete, unused, undamaged, free from defects, fully operational, not encumbered with the rights of third parties and is not the subject of any court (enforcement) proceedings or security, as well as must comply with applicable standards and have the necessary certificates and approvals in accordance with applicable law.4.
