KWP Katowice Supply Department invites you to submit an offer for the purchase of: Purchase and delivery of 20,000 pieces of 5.56 x 45 mm blank ammunition for the MSBS Grot R 20 F representative rifles. Conditions of participation in the procedure: 1. Payment terms - transfer 30 days from the date a correctly issued VAT invoice and delivery to the correspondence address: Department of Supply of the KWP in Katowice, ul. Koszarowa 17, 40-068 Katowice2. Delivery to the Supply Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice, ul. Kochłowicka 5 40-817 Katowice Between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. - cost deliveries are covered by the supplier. Please notify us about the delivery date by e-mail or telephone 24 hours in advance3. The contractor is obliged to deliver all the goods by April 13, 2026.4. Warranty for the ordered equipment is at least 60 days months for the delivered assortment.5. Required to complete the declaration attached as an attachment. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the product to a smaller or larger extent depending on the financial resources available for this purpose7. Ordering party reserves the right to cancel the proceedings at any stage without giving a reason.8. Required to include a safety data sheet for the offered product.9. The ordering party requires the presentation of a license for the production and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition and products and technology for military or police purposes.10.
