- 1) Purchases of the KWP in Rzeszow listed on the eB2B purchasing platform are carried out exclusively through the platform (offers submitted in any other way than via the form on the procedure website are not accepted). The exception are tender announcements, where the bidding takes place in the manner described in the announcement. 2) Submitting offers via the eB2B purchasing platform ensures transparency of the offer selection procedure. 3) Only offers submitted in Polish are accepted. 4) The full order specification and any attachments are visible on the procedure page, and the supplier/contractor submits the offer agrees to these terms and conditions and is aware of legal responsibility for the submitted offer. 5) The given price of the goods or services must include all the contractor's costs, including the cost of delivery, and the quotation is based on gross prices. 6) The proceedings do not have to end choice of the supplier/contractor, but if this is the case, KWP Rzeszow will publish information about the result via the eB2B purchasing platform. 7) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of limiting or increasing the number of ordered items within the available financial resources. The condition for submitting an offer is familiarizing yourself with the content of the above-mentioned Regulations and their acceptance.
