KWP Katowice invites you to submit a price offer for the purchase and delivery of 3M PROTECTIVE GLASSES 0X3000 - 176 PCS in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 INVITATIONThe unit price should include all costs related to delivery. Estimated completion date: up to 7 days calendar days from the date of sending the order/agreement. Payment within 30 days of receipt of a correctly issued VAT invoice - the basis for issuing an invoice is the physical delivery of the goods to the indicated place and confirmation of their compliance. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order is borne by the Contractor. At the stage of submitting offers, the Ordering Party expects the following to be attached to the procedure: - product catalog cards - scan of the signed ART 7 declaration - Annex 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to launch an additional stage of the auction. The Contractor is obliged to sign the contract / order without unnecessary delay counting from the date of submitting the documents to the Contractor. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order shall be borne by the Contractor. We reserve the right to withdraw from the order/sign the contract without giving a reason. The Ordering Party reserves the right extension/reduction of the order - without giving a reason. The selection of the most advantageous offer is not tantamount to receiving an order/order/signing a contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to start an auction.
