KWP Katowice Supply Department invites you to submit an offer for the purchase of: Purchase and delivery of 4,000 pieces of disposable ESP handcuffs - nylon (fabric) - black. Conditions of participation in the proceedings: 1. Payment terms - transfer 21 days from the date of a correctly issued VAT invoice and delivery to correspondence address: Supply Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice, ul. Koszarowa 17, 40-068 Katowice2. Delivery to the Supply Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice, ul. Kochłowicka 5 40-817 Katowice Between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. - delivery costs are covered by the supplier. Please notify us about the delivery date by e-mail or by phone within 24 hours. one hour in advance3. The contractor is obliged to deliver all the goods by December 15, 2025.4. Warranty for the ordered equipment is at least 24 months for the delivered assortment.5. Completion of the declaration included as an attachment is required. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes quantity of the assortment to a smaller or larger extent depending on the financial resources available for this purpose7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure at any stage without giving a reason.8. It is required to include a catalog card of the offered product. Important: The procedure does not have to be carried out end with the selection of a supplier, however, if this is the case, KWP will publish information about the selection of the most advantageous offer via the eB2B purchasing platform.
