- KWP Katowice Supply Department invites you to submit an offer for the purchase of: Purchase and delivery of 410 pieces of handcuffs. Conditions of participation in the proceedings: 1. Payment terms - transfer 21 days from the date of a correctly issued VAT invoice and delivery to the correspondence address: Department of Supply of the KWP in Katowice, ul. Koszarowa 17, 40-068 Katowice2. Delivery to the Supply Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice, ul. KochΕowicka 5 40-817 Katowice Between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. - delivery costs are covered by the supplier. Please notify us about the delivery date by e-mail or telephone 24 hours in advance3. The contractor is obliged to deliver all goods by December 23, 2025.4. Warranty for the ordered equipment is at least 24 months for the delivered assortment.5. Completion of the declaration attached as an attachment is required. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the product to a smaller or larger amount available financial resources for this purpose7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure at any stage without giving a reason.8. It is required to include a catalog card of the offered product. Important: The procedure does not have to end with the selection of a supplier, however, if so will be the case, KWP will publish information about the selection of the most advantageous offer via the eB2B purchasing platform.
