Description:
The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of 6 "van" technical vehicles with technical equipment.
1. The purpose of the order is to ensure road safety by ensuring the operation of recording devices installed throughout the country.
2. Subject vehicles orders must be brand new, unused, complete, fully functional, must come from the official distribution channel and be free from any third-party rights, and cannot come from display at points of sale.
3. Detailed Description of the Subject of the order was specified in SWZ Vol. III Description of the subject of the contract and in Part IV SWZ (PPU).
4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
5. This order is awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow this possibility submitting variant offers.
7. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of using the option right.
8. The Ordering Party requests that the evidence in question be submitted along with the offer.
