Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 70 pieces of 48-port PoE switches for the Military Police Headquarters and Police units of the Silesian garrison.2. CPV: 32420000-3 Network equipment.3. Detailed information regarding the description of the subject of the order and its scope as well as the method of implementation can be found in: a) Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Offer form;b) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Draft provisions of the contract;c) Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order;d) Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ Declaration on non-exclusion.4. The Ordering Party requires that the entire product range covered by the subject of the contract be brand new and unused previously used in any other projects, free from technical and legal defects, released for circulation, manufactured no later than 12 months from the date of delivery.5. Refurbished/refurbished devices (returned to the manufacturer and later resold by the manufacturer) are not allowed. 6. Ordering Party requires that the devices delivered under the contract are devices purchased in the manufacturer's official sales channel for the European Union market.
