- 1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new 9-seater minibus adapted to transport disabled people for the needs of the Vocational Activity Center in Wocawek. 2) A detailed list of technical parameters, required equipment and other requirements for the vehicle are specified in the Description subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.3) The order is implemented as part of the project entitled: Improving the mobility of employees with disabilities of the Vocational Activity Facility in Wocawek as part of the implementation of Individual Rehabilitation Programs, co-financed by the State Fund Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons: Program for eliminating differences between regions, area III D.4) The delivered vehicle: a) must be free from any defects, including legal defects, cannot be subjected to any repairs, cannot be encumbered with the rights of third parties and cannot be the subject of any proceedings or security, b) must meet Polish requirements, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the implementing regulations to ...
