- The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of one piece of a brand new agricultural tractor with accessories. The year of production of the tractor is at least 2025. The vehicle must be new, never used, free from manufacturing defects, and meet the current emission standards. The delivered vehicle must be prepared for registration. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the following address: Przedsibiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Gminy Lubin Sp. z o. o. Ksiginice 14, 59-300 Lubin, along with all necessary documents needed for registration. The agricultural tractor must be fully operational and ready for immediate use use. The Contractor is obliged to train employees indicated by the Ordering Party in the operation of the vehicle at the address indicated above. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the Contractor's obligations are provided in the documents made available from the SWZ: Description of the subject of the order, draft provisions of the contract. For the implementation of this task, the Ordering Party is to receive funds under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.
