Description:
1. The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 1) Purchase and delivery of an agricultural tractor - 1 piece: a) brand new - production year 2023 or 2024 is allowed, b) net weight - not more than 5,400 kg. 2) Engine: a) diesel with a rated power not more than 125 HP, b) number of cylinders 4, c) emission standard Stage V exhaust gases,3) Drive:a) 24x24 gearbox (17x16 gearbox is acceptable),b) four-wheel drive,c) front drive axle suspension.4)Braking system:a) hydraulic multi-disc brakes.2. Warranty. The contractor will offer a warranty for the equipment and accessories constituting the subject of the order. manufacturer for a period not shorter than that indicated in the Detailed Descriptions of the Subject of the Order. The Ordering Party is entitled to full warranty rights for physical defects resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code within the deadlines specified therein, regardless of warranty rights. 3. Equivalent solutions.
