.1 The subject of the order is the supply of ammonium phosphate fertilizer 18%N, 46%P3.1.1 Ammonium phosphate fertilizer should be delivered in a big-bag of 500 or 600 kg in the amount of: - 24 tons - University of Life Sciences in Poznań - Agricultural Experimental Farm Swadzim, farm Zotniki, ul. Soneczna 1, 62-002 Suchy Las3.2. The contractor of the order with his own transport and at his own expense, including loading, is obliged to deliver fertilizers to the Agricultural Experimental Farm Gospodarstwo Zotniki ul. Soneczna 1, in accordance with the provisions of point 3.1.1 SWZ.3.3 The contractor undertakes to collect the used fertilizer packaging within 14 days from the date of receiving information from the buyer. 3.4 The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts and therefore does not allow the submission of partial offers. The ordering party does not will allow the submission of partial offers because the subject of the contract is homogeneous in type. The entire order can be completed by any company that can supply ammonium phosphate fertilizer.
