The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of angiogarafes along with the adaptation of the rooms within them project: Development of cardiology services by equipping the Wolski Hospital as part of the competition "Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities in the area of cardiology of centers qualified for OK II and OK III. Detailed requirements regarding the execution of the order were specified in the contract template and the Detailed Technical and Operational Specification constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, respectively.
The procedure is conducted in compliance with horizontal principles, thus allowing the Contractor to submit an offer confirm with a statement that it has been prepared with respect for horizontal principles and if their offer is selected, the order will be completed in compliance with, among others: these rules, i.e.:
1) the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities taking into account compliance with the requirements specified in the Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027,
2) principles of equality between women and men;
3) principles of sustainable development;
4) principles of the long-term impact of the project on the efficiency and resilience of the Polish economy
5) the rule "don't be serious damage" (DNSH - Do Not SignificantHarm) and compliance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (CFR);
6) UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
