- The subject of the order is "the purchase and delivery of an average rescue and fire-fighting car with 4x4 drive for OSP Stary Grodkow". The vehicle is brand new, engine and chassis with a cabin from the same manufacturer with equipment. Chassis from the year of production 2024 and with the engine Fr. power not less than 235 kW. Year of production of Za-Budowy 2025.
A built -up and equipped vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish law:
a) the Act of 20 June 1997 "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251), taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles together with executive regulations;
b) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of February 29, 2024 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of them necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502);
