- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, training of the Ordering Party's staff and service of a brand new backhoe loader (engineering and sapper equipment) along with accessories (i.e. loader bucket with pallet forks, loader quick coupler, loader bucket equipped with cylinder head covers, excavator bucket with a width 400 mm 20 mm, excavator bucket 600 mm 20 mm wide, tilting slope bucket 1500 mm 20 mm wide, excavator quick coupler) produced in 2025 for the needs of the Aleksandrow Kujawski Commune. 2. The detailed scope of the order and the terms of implementation are specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 8 to SWZ. The remaining terms and conditions of the order execution are specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.3. The excavator loader (engineering and sapper equipment) and accessories offered by the contractor should be fully functional, free from legal and physical defects and should meet the requirements technical, qualitative and operational specifications specified in the detailed description of the order.
