Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of a backhoe loader in accordance with the detailed description contained in Appendix No. 1A to SWZ. Main parameters of the vehicle that is the subject of the order: brand new - year of production min. 2025; A slow-moving vehicle must meet the requirements applicable in Poland resulting from the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended), the delivered vehicle must be free from defects and covered by the manufacturer's warranty, when delivering a backhoe loader the operation and maintenance instructions for the backhoe loader, warranty books, CE certificates and a set of documents necessary for third party liability insurance of the backhoe loader must be provided - in Polish. The remaining conditions are presented in the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1A to this specifications of the order conditions.
