Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new nine-seater car (M1 category), adapted to transport disabled people, with the possibility of transporting one person in a wheelchair, for the Primary School in Parchow, ul. Kartuska 19A, 77-124 Parchowo.2. Included in the price the offer must include the scope and conditions of implementation in accordance with the description contained in the SWZ and annexes. 3. The offered passenger car indicated in the description of the subject of the order should be: 1) new, without defects and damage; 2) technically efficient, complete and ready for use; 3) produced no earlier than 2025. 4. The offered passenger car should: 1) have all the necessary certificates, approvals or other documents for admission to road traffic pursuant to Art. 72 of the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended); 2) meets the technical conditions of the vehicles and the scope their necessary equipment provided for by the legal provisions in force in Poland for cars traveling on public roads on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502);3) has allowing...
