Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new agricultural tractor for the Jabonka Commune - the Municipal Services Plant in Jabonka, intended to perform the tasks described in the Statute of the Municipal Services Plant in Jabonka. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the agricultural tractor be manufactured no earlier than 2024. The entire subject of the order must be complete, free from physical and legal defects and brand new, i.e. unregistered and unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test its correct operation.3. The item of the order must come from official channels manufacturer's distribution channels, also covering the European Union market, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights.4. The elements included in the subject of the order on the day of submitting the offer cannot be intended by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale.5. Subject of the order must meet the following requirements:5.1.
