- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of: Purchase and delivery of a brand new mini crawler excavator under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.2. The subject of the order includes the delivery of a brand new tracked mini excavator, i.e. previously unused, together with accessories as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026 (no demo or prototype versions are allowed). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Annex No. 4 to SWZ.4. The Ordering Party informs that the quality requirements for the delivery of a tracked mini excavator have been met presented in the description of the subject of the order referred to in point No. 3 of Chapter 3 of the SWZ. 5. When describing the subject of the order, the minimum requirements are indicated. Equivalent solutions: If the documentation would indicate trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products delivered by a specific Contractor (the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way) and this could lead to the preference or elimination of certain Contractors or the Ordering Party's products, early...
