Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new municipal tractor for the needs of the Choroszcz Commune. By a new municipal tractor, the Ordering Party understands an unregistered or registered vehicle, which is offered by an authorized dealer and was not a demonstration vehicle. The vehicle does not have one traces of use, is free from defects, mechanically efficient with the number of engine hours resulting from transport activities performed not exceeding 15 mth/mtg. The vehicle must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002. regarding technical conditions vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended). The Ordering Party will accept the tractor: 1) by checking the compliance of the technical parameters of the delivered vehicle described in the vehicle documents with the parameters described in the SWZ, 2) by checking the compliance of the documented parameters with the actual condition of the vehicle by performing a technical start-up of the vehicle.
