- 3.1. The subject of the fall is the purchase and delivery of a factory new (year of production 2025) of a passenger car for the needs of the Lidzbark poviat in accordance with technical parameters and other requirements specified in the description of the subject of the polling (hereinafter OPZ) constituting. No. 1 to SWZ and in accordance with the draft contract (at 4 to SWZ). 3.3. The contractor will guarantee: a) electrical, electronic assemblies and mechanisms (with a roadway, break gearbox, patch transfer and suspension) - in the period not a more one than 24 months; b) varnish - in a period not more than 24 months; c) Perforation of body sheets - in a period not more than 120 months, count from the date of the protoclar permanent acceptance of the car by the ordering. 3.4. Along with the transfer of the car, the contractor is obliged to have a pre -ordered order: a) remove from the current WADC Ident the offered motor vehicle, the subject of its equipment or honor, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) and executive files to this Act, b) a book of service in paper form or Electrical ...
