- The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of one machine (vehicle) for road reconstruction along with equipment for Zakład Usug Publicznych w Gwczyce Sp. z o. o.. The vehicle and its equipment should be brand new, without any signs of use, year of production 2025 or 2026. The subject of the order includes: Purchase and delivery of one road reconstruction machine with accessories in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, Annex No. 5 (OPZ for short); delivery of complete documentation in accordance with the requirements specified in OPZ and below; carrying out checking compliance of the vehicle with the contract, quality of workmanship, operation of the machine and individual devices, quantitative compliance of the equipment and the required documentation; training in the operation of the subject of the contract for employees designated to operate the equipment.
