• The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the premises of the Waste Management Plant in Korczów (address - Korczów 199, 23400 Biłgoraj) of 1 piece of a brand new slow-speed, single-shaft waste shredder for the needs of ZZO in Korczów. Device will be used to process large-sized waste, ballast waste, biodegradable waste, textiles and insulating materials used in construction. 2. CPV 42996100 - Shredders. 3.The device must be brand new, year of manufacture no earlier than 20254. Shredder designed for processing large-sized waste, branches, kitchen waste, textile waste and clothes. 5. Required warranty period - 24 months from the date of the device's acceptance protocol without any comments or 2,000 mth, depending on which comes first, counted from the date of fault-free acceptance of the machine, confirmed by a handover protocol signed by both parties. 6. The contractor will ensure the response of the service, understood as diagnosing the fault within 3 business days from the date of the notification sent by the Ordering Party via e-mail. The contractor will repair the device within 14 days. The contractor will ensure the availability of spare parts for a minimum period of time. 5 years from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without any comments by the Ordering Party. 7. The Contractor will deliver the device to the Waste Management Plant in Korczów, at his own expense and risk, and will unload the device there and start it up...
