Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new tipper truck (year of production 2025) with a total permissible weight of up to 3.5 tons for the needs of the Real Estate Management Plant in the Wawer District of the Capital City of Warsaw.2. Dump truck included with bodywork must be brand new, complete, free from construction, material, manufacturing and legal defects, ready for use.3. Additional equipment of a dump truck type: 1) acoustic reversing signal; 2) full-size spare wheel, minimum 16 mm; 3) rear fog lights, minimum; 4) inertia three-point seat belts for the driver and passengers; 5) fire extinguisher made in Poland; 6) body color red. 4. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended). A dump truck must have a valid approval allowing for traffic on public roads in accordance with the Act on approval systems and their equipment of April 14, 2023 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 919, as amended). zm.)
