- The subject of the order covered by this procedure is the purchase and successive delivery of brand new, unregenerated toners and consumables for printers and photocopiers and their collection after use. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered consumables be brand new. The term "brand new" should be understood as consumables which, in their production process (except for packaging), are made of non-refabricated, non-regenerated, undamaged elements, without traces of previous use, manufactured from scratch, without any use in any way. method of components obtained from other previously used products; produced without infringement of the patent rights and intellectual property rights of their owners or with their consent. Their use may not violate the warranty conditions of the devices to which they are dedicated. The Ordering Party allows the possibility offering equivalent products.
