Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new trailer to transport a backhoe loader to the registered office of the Ordering Party: Road and Bridge District No. 3 in Poczesna ul. Bociana Grka 19, 42-262 Poczesna for the needs of the District Warehouse and Equipment Base for Civil Protection and Civil Defense by December 15, 2025. The purchased 2nd brand new trailer for transporting a backhoe loader must be complete, free from physical (design, material, workmanship), technical and legal defects and approved for road traffic. The backhoe loader must come from series production, it is not allowed to offer it a vehicle from unit production and one whose parameters have been specifically changed to meet the requirements of this tender.1. The delivery includes (purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's base at the Contractor's expense) a brand new tow truck for transporting a backhoe loader with the minimum requirements mentioned therein technical and operational parameters: 1.1.
