Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new VAN passenger car manufactured in 2025 for the needs of the Wrocław Integration Center. The Ordering Party requires that all offered cars: 1. To be brand new, unregistered, unused, not subject to any repairs, from production in 2025, full value, complete, free from defects, including construction, material, workmanship and legal defects, completed and equipped, and also meets the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads in including those resulting from the Road Traffic Law and implementing regulations.2. It cannot be encumbered with any obligation or property right in favor of third parties or entities, there are no pending enforcement proceedings, court proceedings or proceedings before any adjudicating body, and they are not the subject of security.3. Meets the requirements of the exhaust emission standard min. EURO 6.4. Be adapted for year-round operation in atmospheric conditions of climate zones corresponding to the EU area.5.
