- The subject of the fall is the delivery of a factory new vehicle intended for admission, transport and output of paddal animals at the place of their accumulation, i.e. in the sanitary reservoir of paddle animals in Mszczonow. The performed vehicle must: factory new, min. Chassis production year 2024, min. year of production buildings - 2025, free from physical and legal defects and from a third party, in accordance with Polish law, in puppies: on the acts of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251), with executive acts to the abovementioned of the Act, on technical requirements regarding special vehicles intended for admission, transport and output of paddles, sanitary and veterinary regulations, as well as the provisions of the environmental protection for this type of vehicle.
