PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość requests to send a price offer for the purchase and delivery of the products mentioned in the procedure, in accordance with the description and in the quantities specified in Annex No. 1, price form 1. By joining the procedure, the offeror accepts the following conditions: 1. The unit price includes transport costs. The Ordering Party attaches an Attachment with the assortment and quantity of each product. 2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 30 days from the end of the procedure. 3. Delivery required to: Grupa Magazynowa Zamość Bortatycze 22-400 Zamość, Wysokie 3b in quantities specified in the description of the subject matter of the proceedings. Deliveries only between 7.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. 4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to complete the values of the assortment, indicating the net value of the item along with a summary. Failure to complete and attach the Attachment by the contractor may result in rejection of the offer. 5. The Ordering Party requires that the offered items be in commercial packaging, new, original, unused, factory packed, without the need to damage the packaging and with all the security measures used by the manufacturer, e.g. holograms or identification stickers. 6.Assortment being the subject of the offer must be covered by a warranty period of at least 12 months and not shorter than the warranty offered by the manufacturer. 7.
