Description:
1) The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and unloading of bulk non-caking road salt for winter maintenance of county roads in the Olkusz poviat in an amount not exceeding 2,200 tons in total, i.e. for: Road and Bridge Circuit in Olkusz 1,100 tons, Road and Bridge Circuit in Trzyciu 1,100 tons2) The amount of salt given in the SWZ is the maximum amount, while the minimum order quantity specified in section 1. will not be lower than 40% of the amount specified in point 1. The contractor will not be entitled to any claims for failure to complete the entire subject of the order. 3) The salt will be delivered successively as the needs of the Ordering Party, the Contractor's transport on dates and quantities agreed each time by e-mail between the parties to the places indicated by the Ordering Party's representatives. 4) The maximum delivery time counted from the shipped order cannot exceed 48 hours. Depending on prevailing conditions atmospheric conditions, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the agreed delivery date.
