The subject of the fitting is: purchase and delivery of a 9 -like passenger car adapted for the transport of non -firm OSB, including one with one place adapted to transport a person at a disability for the needs of the social assistance home in Piotrkow Trybunalski.1) the car has factory new unregistered and unrequited; Produced not earlier than in 2024, it is not allowed to deliver the external, demonstration or test car, etc., undamaged, technically efficient, 2) vehicle and its equipment must be in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997 Law on Movement road (Journal of Laws 20124.1251, as amended) and executive files to this Act, such as those with other provisions of the national law of the Republic of Poland and EU law.
