- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of cardboard divided into two parts:
Part A - coated cardboard in the amount: 30,000 kg
Part B - offset cardboard in quantity: 100,000 kg
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility exceeding the total ordered number of cardboard both in part A and in part B. The total number of all supplies can be lower by a maximum of 350 kg of net weight of the subject of the contract both in part A and in part B.
