4.1. The subject of the order includes the purchase and delivery of partial equipment - co-financed from the state budget under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program (POLiOC). The scope of the order includes in particular: 1) Delivery of brand new connecting equipment, year of production: 2024 and newer; czono i ICT: Stationary radiotelephone - 28 pcs. Portable radiotelephone - 86 pcs. Megaphone - 13 pcs. Telescopic mast with antennas - 2 pcs. Lighting mast - 17 pcs. Electronic siren - 13 pcs. Satellite telephone - 2 pcs. Satellite terminal - 1 pc. 2) Detailed description of the subject of the order in these proceedings and the minimum technical parameters are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;3) The subject of the order includes the supply of brand new devices/products together with the necessary cabling and equipment, with parameters not worse than those indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;4) By the factory new means - just made, not used, not destroyed, not being a test or prototype product, recently acquired, freshly made, not remanufactured, factory-packed without the intervention of third parties.
