- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a complete microwave power generator of over 20MW to the headquarters of the National Center for Nuclear Research in Otwock.
2. The subject of the order will be carried out divided into stages:
a) Stage 1 - development and approval of the detailed design;
b) Stage 2 conducting FAT factory tests;
The conditions and requirements for the implementation of the subject of the order are also specified in VOLUME II SWZ (PPU) - Designed contractual provisions.
4. The minimum required warranty period for the Subject of the order is 24 months, counting from the date of delivery to the registered office of the Ordering Party (signing the acceptance protocol).
5. Maximum required deadline for completing the subject of the order: up to 52 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract for complete microwave power generator above 20MW with delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters. Training of the Ordering Party's employees will be carried out on dates agreed by the Contractor and the Ordering Party.
Purchase and delivery of a complete microwave power generator above 20MW
1. Procedure for granting the order is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act".
1.2. The Ordering Party will apply the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law (i.e. the so-called reverse procedure).
