- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of computer hardware and software for the needs of the Stalowa Wola Commune.2. The subject of the order must in particular: 1) meet the requirements specified in the order, 2) be brand new and complete (with full wiring), 3) be originally packed in described as to their content, 4) be marked by the manufacturer in such a way that it is possible to identify both the product and the manufacturer, 5) be of high quality and free from defects and from third-party rights, 6) comes from legal sources, 7) complies with the quality standards specified in the relevant acts legal provisions, if they related to the subject of the order,8) be provided with instructions, technical descriptions and warranty cards, which will be in Polish.3. The devices delivered as part of the order must be complete and ready for use.4. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a detailed list of the items to be delivered equipment, including the unit price, total price, proper name (manufacturer's name and model or type) and technical description confirming compliance of the delivery with the description of the subject of the order.
