Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the purchase and delivery of computer equipment for the implementation of the task: Creation of a community self-help center in Zdzieszowice, located in Zdzieszowice 47-330 at ul. Games in Anna's 21A.2. The subject of the order includes: delivery, delivery, assembly and installation of computer equipment (with an installed operating system and office software), as well as connection to the existing electricity and Internet networks and will be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Specification of the Order Terms and the draft provisions of the contract.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.4.
