Description:
The subject of the order is: purchase and delivery of computer equipment for the needs of various units of the University of Opole, divided into parts:
1. Part 1 - Purchase and delivery of interactive monitors to the Collegium Medicum of the University of Opole - 3 pcs.
2. Part 3 - Purchase and delivery of efficient computer set - a central unit for the needs of the Institute of Visual Arts of the University of Opole - 1 pc.
Description of the subject of the contract:
1. In relation to part 1, it constitutes Annex 1.1 to SWZ,
2. In relation to part 3, it constitutes Annex 1.3 to SWZ.
Part No. 1 - Purchase and delivery interactive monitors for the Collegium Medicum of the University of Opole - 3 pcs.

2. Description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1.1 to SWZ.
3. Ordering party It requires that the subject of the contract provided by the Contractor (respectively for part of the order) be brought (and launched if concerned) to the room designated by the contracting authority.
4. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the Employer at the risk of the Contractor and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) of the contractor.
5. The contractor must offer the implementation of the full subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in SWZ and attachments and cover the entire scope of the subject of the contract.
