Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of computer equipment as part of the project entitled "We educate for the future - in Gliwice a school of innovation" (2). The project is implemented under the European Funds program for Silesia 2021-2027 co-financed from the Fund for the Righteous Transformation.
The Employer in the subject proceedings allows the possibility of submitting partial offers - the Contractor may submit an offer for each part of the contract.
Part I: Purchase and delivery of Apple Mac Mini computer sets - 20 pieces;
Hi II: Purchase and delivery of computer sets for graphics - 20 pieces;
Part III: Purchase and delivery of tablets for graphics - 20 pieces;
Part IV: Purchase and delivery of interactive monitors - 4 pieces;
A detailed description of the subject of the contract for individual parts is included in the price form with the content of the attachment No. 8a, 8b, 8c and 8d to SWZ and in the template of the contract with the content of Annex 5 to SWZ.
83 para. 1 point 26) lit. a) the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services (hereinafter VAT) - a tax rate of 0%, following the supply of computer equipment for educational units - while maintaining the conditions referred to in art. 83 para. 13-15 of the above Act.
According to the wording of art. 13 Taxation at a tax rate of 0% shall be subject to goods listed in Annex 8 to the Act.
