Description:
1. Purchase and delivery of computer equipment to UAM units in Poznań - 4 parts
2. The subject of the order was described in Annex A to SWZ.
3. The Contractor will attach to the offer Technical description of the offered subjectwith a description of the subject of the contract - Annex A SWZ (i.e. in particular the catalog cards of the offered devices, information folders, a statement containing the term manufacturer and model of offered devices, configurations and parameters in Polish, etc.).
4. Minimum warranty and service conditions- in accordance with a detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex A to this SWZ.

deadline - max 28 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and the contractor receives confirmation of the competent supervisor authority of the Ordering Party in accordance with art. 83 para. 14 point 1 in connection with art. 83 section 1 item 26 lit.a) of the Act of March 11, 2004 ontax on goods and services (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 361, as amended) or to receive information that it is not possible to issue such a confirmation by the competent supervisor of the contracting authority.
