The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of computer equipment for various units of the University of Opole, divided into parts:
1. Part No. 1 Purchase and delivery of desktop computers with accessories (keyboard + mouse) 144 pcs.,
2. Part No. 2 Purchase and delivery of 24" FullHD monitors 120 pcs.
Description of the subject of the order:
1. in relation to part No. 1, constitutes Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ,
2. in relation to part No. 2, constitutes Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ.
Part No. 1 - Purchase and delivery of desktop computers with accessories (keyboard + mouse) 144 pcs.
1. The subject of the order in part no. 1 is: Purchase and delivery of desktop computers with accessories (keyboard + mouse) 144 pcs.
2. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 1.1 to the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order delivered by the Contractor (respectively for part of the order) be brought to the room designated by the Ordering Party.
4. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor.
5. The Ordering Party requires that all pieces of the offered subject of the order are the same.
6. The contractor must offer to complete the entire subject of the contract in accordance with the Employer's requirements specified in the SWZ and annexes and cover the entire scope of the subject of the contract with the offer.
