- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new devices, free from physical and legal defects, in accordance with the technical requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order. The order includes in particular the supply of desktop computers, monitors, portable computers and memory external and internal mass storage, servers, arrays and disks.
2. The proceedings are divided into 5 (five) parts:
1)Part 1 Delivery of portable computers
2)Part 2 Delivery of desktop computers
3)Part 3 Delivery of monitors
4)Part 4 Delivery of external mass storage
5)Part 5 Delivery of servers, arrays, disks
The equipment parameters given in the documents in question should be treated as minimum. In a situation where the description would include indication of a specific name, product or manufacturer, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of offering equivalent equipment, provided that it meets the minimum parameters. Wherever the description of the subject of the order indicates specific norms/standards, the Ordering Party allows the norms/standards equivalent.
4. The order includes transport, insurance during transport and unloading of the subject of the order to the place indicated by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party.
