Description:
4.3. The order includes the purchase and delivery of containers: 1) for hazardous waste, 2) for packaging waste, 3) for bulky waste, 4) for used tires, 5) for renovation and construction waste collection, 6) for ash collection, 7) for biodegradable waste collection, 8) for collection of electrical and electronic waste "e-waste",9) for used clothing. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 6 to SWZ.4.4. Containers must be brand new and free from physical and legal defects.4.5. The contractor will deliver the item orders with the Ordering Party's own transport, at its own expense and at its own risk.4.6. The subject of the order must have the required certificates, approvals and declarations of conformity to the extent resulting from applicable legal provisions for a given type of product.4.7.
