Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of dairy products and dairy products in the quantity and quality indicated in the description of the subject of the order. The subject of the order will be implemented successively, in batches according to demand. Delivery after ordering between 7.00 a.m. and 8.30 a.m. on working days from Monday to Friday. The maximum deadline for successive deliveries (each batch) is up to 3 days after placing the order (in writing, by e-mail or by phone). This deadline may be shortened in accordance with the Contractor's declaration submitted in the printed offer (the criterion includes the delivery time from placing the order). The Ordering Party requires the delivery of goods free from defects. Exclusion characteristics for dairy products: bitter or strongly sour taste, musty smell, mildew, inappropriate color, packaging damage (deformed, crushed, torn, dirty). Milk and dairy products must not have expired at the time of delivery. validity shorter than 2/3 of the expiry date.
