4.1 The subject of the contract is:
Delivery and unloading of diesel oil in the amount: 325 131 liters (including 125 131 liters for the municipal waste disposal plant in Trzebień and 200,000 liters for MZGK sp.z o.o. in Bolesławiec at Staszica 6 in Bolesławiec) - successively Application and purchase in the form of refueling at a gas station (within the borders of the city of Bolesławiec or on the city of the city of Bolesławiec - Trzebień), unleaded gasoline PB 98 in quantities: 2,160 liters for vehicles and equipment of Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec, corresponding to the regulations Regulation of the Minister of Economy of December 9, 2008. on the quality requirements of liquid fuels in accordance with the specification specified in detail in the description of the subject of the contract - hereinafter OPZ, Annex 7 - to SWZ.
