Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: the purchase and delivery of diesel. The offer can be submitted for one or both parts of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract consists of 2 parts,As below:
a) Part I - the order includes the purchase and delivery of diesel
in the planned amount of 2,600,000 liters. The size of a single delivery will not be less than 5,000 liters and no more than 11,000 liters.
B) part II - the order includes the purchase and supply of diesel in the planned quantity1,000,000 liters. The size of a single delivery will not be less than 3,000 liters and not more than 4,500 liters.
4. Bearing in mind the content of art. 441 PZP, the authorized contracting authority provides for the right of an option up to 30% of the basic order of the subject of the contract for each of the parts
