- The subject of the order includes the successive purchase and delivery, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, of diesel oil meeting the quality requirements according to the Polish Standard PN-EN 590 or an equivalent standard and unleaded petrol 95 (PB 95) meeting the quality requirements according to the Polish Standard PN-EN 228 or an equivalent standard and meeting the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024. on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). The fuel covered by the order must meet the quality requirements specified in the Act on the monitoring system fuel quality control of August 25, 2006 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1209, as amended).
