Description:
Purchase and supply of diesel oil to the fuel tank located in the Waste Development Department of Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. at ul. Wrocławska 73 in Zielona Gora. The Employer determines the total amount of diesel, provided for distribution by the Contractor during the duration of the contracton 135,000 liters. The aforementioned amount of fuel is estimated and has been determined for the needs of calculating the price of the offer. As part of one delivery, about 3000 l to 4700 l of diesel will be supplied. The quality of the offered range must meet the requirements according to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy ofOn October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels and Polish standards and applicable law in this area. The contractor will submit a quality certificate of the party and a publishing document based on fuel measurements for each delivery for the Ordering Partythe contractor issued from the magazine and containing data on its temperature, density and volume measured in m³ and volume at reference temperature +15 C. The Contractor will register diesel oil on behalf of the Ordering Party via the Platform of Treasury and Calcan Electronic ServicesPuesc.
